Why should I hire a professional photographer?: That's always a great question, especially in the age of sophisticated phone cameras. Photography is a combination of art and science, and professionals know how to capture a strong image AND edit it to optimize the best features. We have also invested thousands of hours into our profession through training and have invested money into our professional equipment. All of this provides you with a professionally edited image that you can't always create with other methods.
Is my initial consultation free?: Absolutely, it's fun to work with you to build the vision for your photography needs, large and small. Just contact me and we will get started!
Are your hours limited to 8-5?: No, I work around your schedule! In fact, the best time to capture outdoor photos is late afternoon before the sun sets.
Will you help me plan the wardrobe for our photo shoot?: Definitely. I will share ideas and inspiration photos with you, and help you understand why certain fabrics may or may not be your best choice. I also have specific tips for headshots to help ensure great results.
Do you work with companies, too?: I love working with growing companies, no matter the needs … people, products, events, properties, design and more. Let's talk about your needs!
Do you travel?: Travel is a passion, so let's talk! I'm based in the Dallas/Fort Worth (Texas) area which allows many options for traveling near and far.
